- Payment Information: When you purchase our Premium plan, your payment details are processed by our third-party payment processor, Razorpay. We do not store your credit card details.
- Usage Data: We may collect information on how the service is accessed and used (e.g., features used, session duration). This data is anonymized where possible.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our service.
- Process your transactions and manage your Premium account.
- Improve and personalize our service.
- Communicate with you, including for customer service and support.
- Prevent fraudulent activity and ensure the security of our service.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- With Service Providers: We use third-party services like Supabase (for authentication and database) and Google Gemini API (for AI processing). These services have their own privacy policies.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Images you upload are sent to the Google Gemini API for processing. Please review Google's API policies for more information on how they handle data.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Your generated images and account data are stored securely. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Your Data Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. You can manage your account information from your Dashboard. You can delete your generated images from the "My Creations" page. To delete your entire account, please contact us.
