2. User Accounts

3. User-Generated Content
Our service allows you to create and upload content ("User Content"). You retain all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the service.
By creating content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service.
You are responsible for the content you create, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You agree not to create content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful.
4. Premium Services and Payments
Some parts of the service are billed on a one-time payment basis ("Premium"). You will be billed in advance for the purchase. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Razorpay.

6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Generating content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or hateful.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems.
- Using the service to distribute spam or other unsolicited messages.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AffloSpark Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Magic AI Editor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
